We serve those in two different areas; through our Bright Futures (Legacy) Schools and through our MOScholars Program.
Legacy Schools
Building on our 30+ year legacy, our two schools provide need-based assistance for low-income children in Kansas City's urban core. Our schools are:
The average household income for a family in our schools is $24,000. Although our students live in challenging economic situations, each family also makes a financial commitment to their own Bright Futures School. Like you, they are also investing in a brighter future for their child. In addition to our schools, we have established partnerships with other Kansas City area Catholic Schools, to help ensure access to a high-quality education to all those who want it. Partnering schools include St. Mary’s School – Montrose, St. John Francis Regis Academy and our newest addition Our Lady's Montessori School.

MOScholars Program
Our organization is an Education Assistance Organization (EAO) with the State of Missouri, allowing us to provide scholarships <$6,375 to students in need throughout the Diocese of Kansas City - St. Joseph. This program status has seen our served schools increase enrollment over 9% in the 2022-2023 school year, and we expect regular growth for the community. This 'game changer' program will allow us to serve more students than ever before, and we are excited for the changes it will bring.
